And we’ve done it! Yes peeps, we’re national winners in SpaceSet (ARSSDC) level 1 and all set to go for the next level :D. Looks like the CS did pay off, eh? The concept of level 2 sounds extremely exciting. The basic idea is that there are 5 companies that will be formed from 15 teams. Each company comprises of one Indian Winner team, one Non-Indian Asian Winner team and one Indian Runner-Up team. Were with Lahore Grammar school 55 Main and Little Flower High School Hyderabad in the company Grumbo Aerospace (Gay name, yeah we know, but we have no say in these matters)

And the basic idea is that we have to put together a new settlement from scratch in 20 hours at Om Shanti Rehab Retreat Centre, Gurgaon (Doesnt the name bring waves of infinite peace and calm to your mind? Probably not). We then present our PowerPoint Presentation along with a 30 min speech and the judges cross-question us.

Still, here’s hoping such a thing doesn’t happen again. And since it is SpaceSet, it obviously means a LOT of fun. And that starts well in advance before the competition even begins. Yup, we’ve already had a crazy food shopping expedition, meetings in PVR complex and obviously lots of fun in our SpaceSet room down in the school’s basement bunking :D. Lame-ass PJ cracking counts too (For example: Guy 1- “Be serious!” Smart-alec Guy 2- “No need, im already Regulus”) And the real fun obviously starts when we get to ORC.

Entourage through Citywalk. ("Make way for Noddy!") Special mention, Mr. Cuntsies, the guy hogging the chips and looking amorously at the camera.
a)We get to hog all the food we bought
b)We get to not sleep for 4 straight days (3 nights). The first two spent watching movies/gaming and the last working our damn asses off.
c) We might get to win. That means we go to NASA’s Johnson Space Centre, Texas for ISSDC [And have fun there]
