Captain Basil hood was arrested off the coast of Central America in 1713 for being a pirate. But the English Navy officers wondered what the foul smell was. It seems he had the ship full of live cattle, not treasure. But, worse, the cattle were ill. The American Indians called the cattle illness 'a volcano of vomit' and that's what the cattle were spewing out. The naval officers let Hood go and left his ship very quickly.
Took the above excerpt and scanned the picture from my Horrible Histories Pirates handbook. Now this is the sort of thing you won’t find this everywhere on the internet. :D
And yeah, almost forgot, its almost New Year! So shouldn’t you be doing new stuff now? Like buying new clothes, writing overly optimistic resolutions or finding new friends to piss off/pick on? Well how about music? I just bought Breaking Benjamin’s Dear Agony (This one’s quite good actually, especially I Will Not Bow–boy will Arthritis patients love this one) and 30 Seconds to Mars’ This is War.
Its all fine, but what I really want now is some more System of a Down. Till then, how about you listen to BYOB once more.
[EDIT: Earlier, I had embedded the video of BYOB from youtube but looks like embedding's been disabled :S Provided the link above then, though with obviously much grumbling and muttering. Damn youtube spoilsports.]
