This is dumb, agreed. But Union HRD Minister Kapil Sibal bears the most striking resemblance to Peter Pettigrew (a.k.a. Wormtail-Harry Potter, remember?) I have ever seen before. I was using FRAPS for taking these two very short clips. But the problem is that I took them at 1600×1200 resolution at 60 fps. The result? The 17 second clip turned out to be 300 MB and the 6 second one was 100 MB. O_o Now this is what I would call HIGH Quality.
